Some Bliss for your Nidra iRest course coming
I'm offering an 8 week yoga nidra course on Wednesday evenings between 630-730pm in Ealing .
Yoga Nidra is a guided mindfulness and mediation practice and Irest is a research and evidence based yoga nidra technique. It encourages deep relaxation. It can help us get a better nights sleep, deliver insights into the conundrums of our daily lives, help us find our inner strength and leave a deep sense of peace and well being. Over the course of 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to fully explore what yoga nidra is about and what benefits it might have to offer you. The course will guide you through the layers of the irest practice and develop tools that you can use you in your daily life.
Yoga Nidra is a mediation so if you are curious about mediation or adding new tools to your existing mediation practice and generally interested in exploring expansive consciousness within inner recesses of your mind this course is also for you.
The course starts on 28 June (with a break on 19th July) and is only £40(£5 per class). Don't worry if you have to miss a class, a free audio recording will be available. £7 to drop-in to classes.
